This dish is to die for! I requested my salmon to be very rare and that is exactly what I got - melting in my mouth while perfectly seared on the outside. I was a bit weary of having so many pickled veggies (they can sometimes be too sour), but it was just right - added just the right amount of zing to the milder rice pilaf. The mojo sauce was also delicious and came in a generous portion. I know I should try different dishes when I go back, but I'm not going to be able to pass this one up. Nope ... Salmon bowl please!

The best Falafel sandwich ever on crusty moist sour dough. Rich green pesto and mild flavors of abundant taste burst! Perfect for a take out meal by the refreshing pool side or by the creek. Great work team Zeal! Thank you

The rainbow curry is absolutely delicious! My favorite curry in Boulder. The seasoning is perfect and the vegetables are fresh! When I've added salmon or chicken, it has always been cooked perfectly too! So grateful to everyone at Zeal, it is such a treat to have dinner there.

The rainbow curry is my go-to at Zeal! The base is rich and the veggies are fresh and cooked in a way that preserves their flavor well. I always add tofu for protein, and I find the portion to be a good size for one meal.

If you're looking for a restaurant that does the whole range from delicious beef and lamb to equally delicious vegan and vegetarian, served by charming and friendly waiters, with dishes designed and executed beautifully, try this small attractive restaurant, where Pearl Parkway meets Pearl street. Ask them about free parking.

The veggie sandwich is such a go-to for me that I have to (lovingly) force myself to order other items on the menu from time to time - it's that good!! Delicious and filling, and their fries are the best complement.

Easily the tastiest salad I've had in quite some time! It was packed full of so many different flavors and textures, all fresh and ripe picks. I was on the fence with ordering a salad vs. a "full" meal and got both with this!

The best chicken in Boulder! Zeal pairs the chicken perfectly with fresh veggies and grains. It's my favorite go to take out dinner!
