Wayde and Chelsea believe that when you dine out, the food should taste good, be good for the planet, and be healthy too. They have owned and operated Zeal restaurants, the Zeal Food Truck, and Zeal Boulder Farmer’s Market food cart since 2013 and love meeting our guests every chance they get.



The Farm

Since 2016, Zeal has operated a small farm north of Boulder, CO where we employ organic farming practices to grow produce that graces the plates of our guests. From fresh salads to the herbs in our sauces, tasty ingredients from the Zeal Farmette make their way into dishes all throughout the growing and harvesting seasons. We love having this close connection to the land and are proud to practice what we preach by employing innovative methods of growing the tastiest fruits and veggies without the use of conventional pesticides or fertilizers.

The Zeal Farmette is carefully tended and managed by our beloved Farmer Sam and his team. During the summer months, you’ll often spy pictures of our farmers and the fruits of their labors in our social media posts.
